报告摘要：

In this talk, we consider designing block preconditioners for the structured linear system arising from the half-quadratic image restoration problem. We analyze the spectral properties of the preconditioned matrix and present eigenvalue bounds. Numerical results illustrate the efficiency of the proposed preconditioners.
